Jerome Campbell est le sujet du dernier épisode de « The Distracted Mind », réalisé par Robin Pailler, dans le cadre d’une série de courts-métrages du magazine Desillusion. Dans sa ville natale de Sheffield (Angleterre), le skateboarder professionnel et ambassadeur de Converse partage avec nous l’art de l’apprentissage et de la photographie.

Durant ses nombreux voyages, Jerome Campbell a su capturer des images ravissantes, ayant pour terrain de jeu les plus grandes villes du monde. Avec autant de projets et un style de vie aussi ludique, voici un homme qui ne vieillira jamais.

Jerome Campbell stars in the latest episode of Desillusion magazine’s short video series “The Distracted Mind”, directed by Robin Pailler. In his hometown of Sheffield (England), the pro skateboarder and Converse brand ambassador opens up on both the art of learning and the art of photography.

Throughout his many skateboarding trips, Jerome Campbell was able to capture beautiful images with the greatest cities of the world as a playground. With so many talents and a playful lifestyle, here’s a man who will never get old.

Born and bred in Sheffield, England, Jerome Campbell has come to be one of the most humble and stylish skateboarders to grace the planet. In recent years his passion for skateboarding has coincided with a love for taking photos. Directed by Robin Pailler, this short film brings an insight into Jerome’s world, the production of his first zine ‘Travelling To Return Home’, his fears on getting old, and why skateboarding and photography share so many similarities in their process. Phil Evans, the film maker behind Format Perspective and The Panaoramic Series, created a new video piece entitled "Lightworks" in which he displayed both Jerome's skating and photography in a mixed media composition.
